OVERVIEW

In collaboration with Hyundai NGV, we explored future in-car experiences grounded in people’s behaviors and needs. I led qualitative research through contextual interviews and in-vehicle observations, translating insights into an AI assistant’s voice persona, interaction flow, and decisions about when and how it should intervene. Video prototypes brought these interactions to life.
